Cancellation Policy

We get it life happens, however please be considerate of our time. Appointments must be canceled or reschedule 24 hours in advance . If clients become habitual “No-Shows” or “Re-Schedulers” a deposit or full payment of service will be required when booking. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders will be sent out 24 hours prior to appointment via text and email. If you realize at the time you need to reschedule please do so to avoid future penalties.

Late Appointments

If you are more then 10 minutes late for you appointment you will be asked to reschedule. We value your skin and want to give you the full time scheduled to achieve your desired results. In addition late arrivals affect other clients appointments which is not fair to them.
